End User License Agreement

Purpose

This Software is provided by Clemar Studio as a supporter benefit. It is not sold commercially. Access to the Software is a reward for individuals who support Clemar Studio through Patreon, Ko-fi, or other subscriber platforms, in order to help fund the creation of free educational tutorials and resources.

License Grant

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use this Software on your own computer(s) while your supporter status is active.

Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the Software.
• You may not modify, decompile, or attempt to bypass the license checks.
• Use is permitted only for your own personal or professional work.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with Clemar Studio. This license does not transfer ownership of the Software or its underlying code.

Support

Basic guidance may be provided through Clemar Studio's educational materials and community channels. Direct technical support is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Clemar Studio makes no guarantees that the Software will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clemar Studio be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of business, interruption, or data loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

Termination

Your license to use the Software ends automatically if your supporter subscription is cancelled or lapses. At that point, you must stop using the Software.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clemar Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
